Expect High Temperatures

Scottsdale Weather Forecast for JulySummer has officially started last month and we are feeling it now more than ever. After looking up the weather forecast for Scottsdale, I felt compelled to write about our AZ heat. For those who are from Arizona, more specifically, in areas where it can get extremely hot like Phoenix, the heat is nothing new. Although, every summer, it feels as it is getting hotter and hotter with time.

As for those who are not originally from Arizona, good luck! 😉

Nonetheless, many of us still want to continue enjoying our summer and this AZ heat usually does not end the fun, if you are well prepared.

As always, make sure to drink plenty of water. As soon as you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated, so make sure to drink water, even if you do not feel thirsty.

Also, make sure to take breaks from heat exposure. If you are out and about, take a step out of the sun and into shaded areas. Let your body cool off and stay hydrated. Another crucial thing to consider is what you are wearing. Wear something that will allow your body to cool off and feel the breeze but do not let your skin show unprotected.

This means to make sure you wear sunblock, even if you are trying to tan. The AZ heat is no joke, but your fun activities can be. Make this summer worthwhile and stay safe by following these few but very important tips, and if you need a ride or hate walking in the heat, give Scottsdale Cab Guy a call and Get A Cab Now!!

We will take you where you need to be and out of the sun’s heat, all while having our A/C on, of course. 🙂

Upcoming Events in Scottsdale

There are many events that go on around us but many of us fail to get out and enjoy such things. Now that the weather is warming up, many are staying inside during the day and don’t leave until night fall. The weather at night is perfect for getting out of the house and doing some activities, such as going out to a sports game, going to a restaurant, or even late night movies at the drive in. There are many reasons to go out and enjoy the scenery of Arizona.

After visiting http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/Events, I found a couple of events that may spark some interest in the Scottsdale community.
